采用稳态和瞬态荧光法对2-(2-羟苯基)苯并噻唑(HBT)与七元瓜环(CB7)的超分子作用及CB7分子纳米腔限制作用对HBT激发态质子转移(ESIPT)过程进行了研究,并采用Benesi-Hildebrand方程对荧光数据进行处理,以确定超分子复合物的组成比.结果表明,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二氯甲烷溶液中,CB7与HBT的作用均形成化学计量比为1∶1的主客体复合物,HBT的质子转移对溶剂很敏感,CB7的加入,使HBT的荧光寿命降低,量子产率增大.在DMF溶液中,CB7的加入促进了酚氧负离子的形成,而在二氯甲烷溶液中,CB7的加入限制了HBT的激发态质子转移.结构优化计算表明,CB7与HBT能形成化学计量比为1∶1的复合物.  相似文献

Two Cu(I) complexes based on the thioethyl‐bridged triazol‐pyridine ligand with tetrathiafulvalene unit (TTF‐TzPy, L ), [Cu(I)(Binap)(L)]BF4 ( 5 , Binap=2,2’‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐1,1’‐binaphthyl) and [Cu(I)(Xantphos)(L)]BF4 ( 6 , Xantphos=9,9‐dimethyl‐4,5‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐xanthene), have been synthesized. All new compounds are characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopies. The complex 5 has been determined by X‐ray structure analyses which shows that the central copper (I) ion assumes distorted tetrahedral geometry. The photophysical, computational and electrochemical properties of L and 5 ‐ 6 have been investigated. The most representative molecular orbital energy‐level diagrams and the spin‐allowed singlet? singlet electronic transitions of the three compounds have been calculated with density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent DFT (TD‐DFT). The luminescence bands of Cu(I) complexes 5 ‐ 6 have been assigned as mixed intraligand and metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer 3(MLCT+π→π*) transitions through analysis of the photophysical properties and DFT calculations. The electrochemical studies reveal that 5 ‐ 6 undergo reversible TTF/TTF+?/TTF2+ redox processes and one irreversible Cu+→Cu2+ oxidation process.  相似文献

The reaction of silver acetate with cis-[PtI2(dbtp)2], where dbtp = 5,7-ditertbutyl-1,2,4-triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine, yielded cis-[Pt(OOCCH3)2(dbtp)2]·dmf (1). The complex has been analyzed by multinuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 13C, 15N), IR, and Raman. The compound formed two rotamers in CDCl3 and its spatial structures have been optimized using computational calculation. It was found that head-to-tail rotamer (1a) is more stable than its head-to-head counterpart (1b). In vitro antiproliferative activity against four tumor cell lines (A549, T47D, FaDu, and A2780cis) revealed in all cases significant cytotoxicity (IC50 = 0.26–1.80 μM), possessing IC50 values at least fivefold lower than cisplatin, carboplatin, and oxaliplatin (except A2780cis). The remarkable in vitro activity against T47D and A2780cis suggested the ability to overcome cisplatin resistance in these types of tumor cells. In addition, in vitro toxicity was evaluated against BALB/3T3 and has shown that the lipophilic platinum(II) complex (1) inhibits cell proliferation weaker than cisplatin and oxaliplatin. Additionally, cis-[Pt(OOCCH3)2(dbtp)2]·dmf exhibited selective activity, in contrast to cisplatin or oxaliplatin.  相似文献

利用分子光谱和基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理,采用改进的TPSSTPSS泛函方法对C、H、O原子用6-31G基组并添加极化和弥散函数,对La原子选用Def2-SV(P)赝势基组,研究La3+/乙醇溶液微团簇构型。优化计算La3+在水溶液中的溶剂化结构,得出气相中的优化结果可以近似代替液相结果的结论;理论优化计算La3+/乙醇溶液可能存在的结构构型的结果表明,溶剂化数n=6时结构最稳定。采用荧光光谱和核磁共振实验对结果进行了验证,表明La3+的加入使荧光强度显著增强,在高浓度时生成的团簇构型比较稳定,且随着溶剂化数目的增加,O—H键长增大,La3+使其附近的质子产生强大的屏蔽效应,化学位移向高场移动,溶剂化数n=6时绝对误差最小,最稳定,与理论计算结论相吻合。  相似文献

Methyl aziridine-2-carboxylate (MA2C) has been isolated in low temperature argon and xenon matrices and its structure and photochemistry were studied by FTIR spectroscopy. The reactant as well as the main photoproducts were characterized by comparison of their experimental IR spectra with spectra calculated at the DFT(B3LYP)/6-311++G(d,p) level. The theoretical calculations predicted the existence of two low energy MA2C conformers, differing by the orientation of the OCCN dihedral angle. Both conformers were identified in the studied matrices. Both narrowband tunable and broadband UV irradiations of matrix-isolated MA2C yielded isomerization photoproducts resulting from cleavage of the CC and weakest CN bonds of the aziridine ring. Irradiation with UV laser-light at λ = 235 nm resulted in the formation of the E isomer of methyl 2-(methylimino)-acetate (MMIA) and the Z isomer of methyl 3-iminopropanoate (M3IP). Subsequent irradiation at 290 nm led to observation of new bands resulting from E  Z isomerization of MMIA, while bands due to M3IP remained unchanged. The photoproduced Z isomer of MMIA could be subsequently consumed upon higher-wavelength irradiation (λ = 330 nm). The initially produced MMIA conformer was found to obey the nonequilibrium of excited rotamers (NEER) principle. No photoproducts resulting from the cleavage of the strongest CN bond of the MA2C aziridine ring were observed, nor that of methyl 3-aminoacrylate (M3AA), which could in principle be obtained also by cleavage of the weakest CN bond of the MA2C aziridine ring, but would imply a different H-atom migration simultaneous with the ring opening process. These results indicate that both the differential electronic characteristics of the CN bonds of substituted aziridine rings and the type of required H-atom migration are major factors in determining the specific photochemistries of substituted aziridines. Photofragmentation reactions of MA2C were also observed, through identification of various related products, e.g., acetonitrile, methanol, methane, CO and CO2.  相似文献

Helicenes and heterohelicenes are attractive compounds with great potential in materials sciences to be used in optoelectronics as ligand backbones in enantioselective catalysis and as chiral sensors. The properties of these materials are related to the stereodynamics of these helical chiral compounds. However, little is known about features controlling stereodynamics in helicenes; in particular, for heterohelicenes the position of the heteroatom could be relevant in this respect. Herein the complete stereodynamic characterization of monoaza[5]helicenes is shown by enantioselective dynamic HPLC and DFT calculations. At variance with previous theoretical calculations, 1‐aza[5]helicene shows a surprisingly high enantiomerization barrier, which is triggered by specific solvent interactions.  相似文献

借助密度泛函理论(DFT)长程校正方法,以三聚氰胺(MAM)为印迹分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,分别以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TRIM)及二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,以乙腈(ACN)、甲醇(MT)、乙醇(EA)、甲苯(TL)、四氢呋喃(THF)及二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,模拟了MAM与MAA单体分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)自组装体系的构型,讨论了MAM与MAA的成键作用位点,及其稳定复合物的印迹反应比例及印迹作用机理,依据结合能(△E)优化了交联剂和溶剂,并借助分子中原子理论(AIM)揭示了MAM与MAA印迹作用的本质.计算结果表明,MAM印迹分子三嗪环上的N与胺基上H均通过氢键与MAA单体进行印迹聚合反应,且在印迹反应比例为1∶6,以TL为溶剂时形成的MAM-MAA有序复合物结合能最低,构型最稳定;与TRIM及EGDMA交联剂相比,DVB与MAM结合能最低,更适宜作为MAM-MAA印迹聚合物的交联剂.本研究为MAM-MIPs合成时印迹比例、交联剂及溶剂的选择提供了理论依据.  相似文献

通过共振拉曼光谱实验和量子化学计算的方法研究了4-硝基咪唑(4NI)A-带激发态衰变动力学. 对4NI的振动光谱、紫外电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱和共振拉曼光谱进行了指认. 在全活化空间自洽场法(CASSCF)/6-31G(d)计算水平下获得了单重激发态S1(nOπ*)和S2(ππ*)和势能面交叉点S1(nOπ*)/S2(ππ*)的优化几何结构和能量, 分析了A-带共振拉曼光谱的强度模式特征, 获得了短时结构动力学, 并结合全活化空间自洽场法(CASSCF)理论计算结果确定了4NI 在S2(ππ*)态衰变通道主要是S2, FC→S2, min(ππ*)→S0辐射弛豫.  相似文献
